The Printing Process

T-Zing uses a variety of different printing techniques to ensure your print turns out exactly how you want it. From your end, the printing process is simple and effective:

  1. Tell us your idea through the order process
  2. Complete your order
  3. We transform your idea into the perfect print and ship them the next day

If you’re interested in what we do, here’s a short summary of some of our methods.

SUBLIMATION:

Sublimation is a form of dye infused into the garment or product under intense heat and pressure. As it dyes into the garment, this type of printing means that the garment is just as breathable if there were no print at all! Being a digital print, this method is perfect for intricate t-shirt art, phone cases, drinkware, many of our photo frames and memorial stones, and other accessories.

*For fashion products, only white polyester garments will use sublimation dye

**For metal products (e.g., small cup or stainless steel water bottle), whites will not appear in the image. Please see product page for further details.

VINYL HEAT TRANSFER:

Vinyl cut is the best solution for simple fashion designs such as text, logos and silhouettes. It is the most durable option, with some well-loved t-shirts looking great more than eight years later! The process is simple – your design from a sheet of coloured vinyl and heat-pressed onto the garment.

DIGITAL PRINT HEAT TRANSFER:

Similar to vinyl heat transfer, this vinyl print is cut and applied with heat. What differentiates digital print heat transfer is its ability to produce high quality photographs or other multi-coloured, intricate designs. With digital print heat transfer, we can transfer exactly what you want to the garment no matter how complex the design.

STICKERS:

Our digital print and cut machine allows us to print custom stickers in a variety of different forms – white, opaque, ones specifically made for cars, etc. From as small as an inch to large, 3-metre wall graphics, T-Zing has you covered.

CANVAS PRINTS:

Our digital printer allows us to print on canvas, for widths up to 420mm to any length. If you’re looking for a custom canvas print larger than the standard A3 frame, contact us for a personal quote.

Please note that we do not offer screen printing or embroidery services.
